Paraiso del Mar is an elegant, beach front home on the magnificently beautiful
Sea of Cortez in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. The casita can accommodate 6 persons
maximum and the 2 bedroom annex can accommodate 4 more for a total of 10
maximum. We do not allow more persons because of the impact on the property,
utilities, and neighbors. Penasco, Mexico. The casita can accommodate 6 persons

- During the spring (March, April, May, June)
and holiday weekends both units must be rented
together, and require a 3 day minimum stay.
The daily rate is $400. The weekly rate (7 days) is
discounted to $2400.
- During the other months (off season) the
casita can be rented separately, and requires a 2
day minimum stay. The casita daily rate is $300 per
day with a discounted $1800 per week (7 days).
Rentals include bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen dish cloths.
Please bring your own towels for beach use.
A reservation is made by paying by check or money
order ½ of the total amount. The remainder of the bill
is due one month before reservation. The total amount
will consist of the rent plus a security deposit equal
to one day's rent. This will be refunded after the house
is checked after departure and can be expected to be
returned in approximately 2 weeks.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 1 month before the arrival date will be refunded minus $50. After that all money will be retained.
