This beautiful beach front private residence in the Mexican hacienda style
faces the Sea of Cortez and surrounds the landscaped courtyard with fountain
and paved walkways. Large sliding glass doors and windows provide a spectacular
view of the ocean. There are extensive patios for dining or relaxing on the
bancos and toasting marsh mellows in the fire pit. For your convenience, there
are stair steps to the beach. The magnificent brick arched boveda ceilings,
moldings, stained glass windows, Saltillo tile floors and beautiful Mexican
tile adorn the rooms.

This home was built using quality construction materials. It has gas pack air
conditioners on the roof for quiet central air and gas heat. Walls and windows
are insulated for maximum comfort. It also has recirculating hot water to
conserve water and add to comfort with instant hot water. This is a quiet,
comfortable home meant to please the guest.
